This free seminar is an up-to-the-minute briefing on the most recent legislation relevant to condominium and homeowner associations. The course fulfills the annual legal education requirement for licensed community association managers by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Condominium & Homeowner Associations 

This free seminar is designed for current and future board members of condominium and homeowner associations, community association managers and community leaders. This course is certified by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes to meet the 2.0 continuing education credit hour requirement community association managers and the requirement for post-election training for newly elected board members. Attendees will learn important topics related to the operation and management of an association including:
